Common questions
Open the account menu in the top-right, choose Account settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all of your boards, cards, to-dos, notes, and tags. It can't be undone.
Everything is private to you by default. You can create a team, invite people by email, and share specific boards or individual cards only with the people you choose.
Add a date and time to any to-do and Kanbana schedules a reminder on your device. Reminders are handled by iOS — nothing is sent anywhere else.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.
Yes. Kanbana doesn't track you, show ads, or sell data. Each account's content is isolated from everyone else's. See our Privacy Policy.
