Kanbana

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Kanbana ("the app") is a personal productivity app — customizable boards, tasks, notes, and contacts. This policy explains what the app stores and how it's handled.

What we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage-tracking analytics. We do not use your data for advertising.

How your data is stored

Your account and content are stored on our backend provider, Supabase, on your behalf. Each account's data is isolated so other users cannot see it, unless you explicitly share a board or card with someone you invite.

Sharing

The app is private by default. Content is visible only to you unless you choose to share specific boards or cards with people you invite. We never sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Notifications

If you set a date/time on a to-do, the app schedules a local reminder on your device. These are handled by iOS and are not sent to us.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: open the account menu (top-right) and choose Account settings → Delete account. This removes your account and your content and cannot be undone.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date.
